JSS has three participating dôjô in New York City and Jersey City:

Nichibukan
The Nichibukan teaches various Japanese sword arts, but its primary focus is Iaidô, the art of drawing the sword.
New York Kobujodokai
The Kobujodokai teaches Jodo, an art in which a wooden staff is used in defense against the sword.
Nichibukan Naginata (New York Naginata Club)
The Nichibukan teaches Naginata, a halberd-like weapon with a blade mounted on a long handle.

 
Affiliation

The Nichibukan is a member dôjô of the Eastern United States Kendô Federation (EUSKF) and of the All United States Kendô Federation (AUSKF), which is a member of the International Kendô Federation (IKF), located in the Budôkan in Tôkyô, Japan. All Iaidô ranking is done through this link.
The New York Kobujodokai is affiliated with the Kobukan dôjô. The Kanchô of the Kobukan dôjô is Matsumura Shigehiro Sensei. The instructors of the New York Kobujodokai are direct students of Matsumura Sensei They obtain their ranks in Jodo via the Kobukan, from the Jodô section of the All Japan Kendô Federation (Zaidan Hôjin Zen Nihon Kendô Renmei, Jodô-bu).
Nichibukan Naginata is a member dôjô of the Greater New York Naginata Federation (GNYNF), which is a member federation of the United States Naginata Federation (USNF), which is a member of the International Naginata Federation (INF), which is co-located in Itami, Japan with the All Japan Naginata Federation (Zaidan Hôjin Zen Nihon Naginata Renmei).
